Shipping & Returns


This is for all nationwide deliveries to your home or business address; no deliveries to Post Office Boxes.

We use NZ Couriers to deliver your item(s) where and when you need it.

We send all our parcels signature required.

However, if you are unable to be there to sign for your parcel we will accept the authority for the courier driver to leave your goods in a designated place that you advise.

If there are specific instructions, please ensure that you enter these at the time of processing your order.  If you are having difficulty with receiving your delivery call us on 09 576 1550.


Delivery Times

If you are in a residential area please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 – 2 business days.



Online shopping at Xcell Pure Medical Skincare offers free delivery within New Zealand only. We do not ship Internationally and we do not ship to Freight Forwarders.


Packages do not ship from our Distribution Centre on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • New Year’s Holiday

  • Waitangi Day

  • Good Friday

  • Easter Monday

  • ANZAC Day

  • Queen’s Birthday

  • Labour Day

  • Canterbury Anniversary

  • Christmas Day

  • Boxing Day

  • Boxing Day Holiday


Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days prior to any of the above public holidays. Please note that orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday may not be despatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.


Delivery Delays

If a product needs to be placed on back order to fulfill your request or is delayed beyond our control, we will notify you by email. If this occurs, you will have the option to request a refund for the affected items.

During our major sale periods you may experience delays in receiving your order. Whilst we endeavour to have this to you in the time frames stated, please accept our apology in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We will notify you of any delays or back ordered items via email.


What happens with Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels?

By accepting our terms, you agree to appoint the courier or postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the products on your behalf. Delivery to the courier service shall be deemed delivery to you. However, if you require our assistance, please contact our Customer Service team, who may be able to advise you further or initiate an investigation with the courier, on your behalf.


Returning Item(s)

If you have an item, you wish to return or exchange check out our return and exchange policy below.


Damaged Item(s)

If an item arrives to you damaged, contact us on 09 576 1550.



Merchandise purchased at full price may be returned within 14 days of shipment for store credit, less shipping fees, only. No refunds will be issued. Returned items must have proof of purchase, original tags and packaging, and be in new condition.

About Skin is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend you use a shipping service with insurance and tracking number capability. Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with any return so that it may be identified as your order.

Once items are received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the merchandise returned less shipping charges. Store credits are valid for one year from the date issued.
